  • Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to all orders OVER €30.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of €3.99 applies to all orders UNDER €30.
  • Carrier: We use Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail) for reliable delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • European countries: 4 – 6 working days from your date of order.

International

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of €3.99 applies to all orders outside Europe.
  • Carrier: We use Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail) for reliable delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery:

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We thoroughly test and verify all media before shipping.

Faulty Media

In the rare event that your DVD or USB is faulty upon arrival, we will gladly send you a replacement. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page with the subject “RAN Returns Request” to explain the issue.
  2. We will issue you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
  3. If we request the faulty item back, please ensure the RAN is clearly visible on the package. Returns sent without a RAN may be refused.
